Britt Bravo, owner of Big Vision Consulting, is a blogger, podcaster, career coach, nonprofit consultant, and founder of the Changeblogger Network. In 2007, her local newspaper, the East Bay Express, named her the Best Podcaster/Blogger Most Dedicated to Social Change for her blog, Have Fun * Do Good, and her podcast, the Big Vision Podcast.

She is a Contributing Editor for BlogHer.com’s nonprofits and social change section, and has been a contributing blogger to The Huffington Post, Stanford Social Innovation Review Opinion Blog, WorldChanging, NetSquared and The Extraordinaries. She hosts Echoing Green’s podcast, Be Bold: Create a Career with Impact, and the Arts and Healing Network’s podcast.

For the past 11 years she has coached hundreds of individuals on how to live their creative dreams, and create a career with impact. Bravo has been interviewed about social change careers, using social media for social change, and being a woman blogger for Bay Area Business Woman, the Contra Costa Times, Common Ground, The East Bay Monthly, and numerous blogs.

She is a frequent speaker about social media, and social change careers for events such as the Bioneers Conference, Stanford Women’s Leadership Conference, Ladies Who Launch, the Writing for Change Conference, and the Craigslist Foundation Nonprofit Boot Camp.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Vassar College, and a Master of Arts in Creation Spirituality from the Institute of Culture and Creation Spirituality at Holy Names College. She lives in Oakland, CA with her husband, and their cat, Dora, who thinks she is a dog.
